The priority of Long Beach Hotels is the happiness, health and safety of our guests, employees and partners.

The “Pandemic Action Plan” was implemented to ensure health and safety of our guests and our employees, with high-level measures taken to minimize the impact of the process.

Long Beach Hotels reserves all rights to change the service concept of the facility due to all measures taken by the Authorities regarding the normalization process.

We are happy to share with you that in addition to all legal obligations; measures and procedures such as Prevention of Spread of Infection (POSI), ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, food and water safety procedures in accordance with ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System, risk analysis and emergency action plan and procedures, that we have been implementing and following for many years, are continued to be followed together with all new measures implemented by the Authorities.       

Based on “Covid-19 Pandemic Action Plan”, the following actions are implemented:
  • Capacity restrictions and social distance plans have been made in social areas, shops and elevators throughout the facility.
• All personnel have been trained to provide services in compliance with ISO 22000, ISO 9001 quality control standards, as well as trained and certified on Covid-19 services and measures.
• The open buffet has been arranged in a way that prevents guests' contact with food and serving tongs at each point where the buffet is served. Food is prepared and served to the guests by the Hotel’s kitchen staff from the protected kiosks in front of the open buffet.
  • At the restaurants, preserved/disposable cutlery and disposable/single-packaged salt and pepper are provided at the tables.
• Sunbeds near the pool and on the beach are placed in accordance with the social distance rule.
• One-to-one shows and games that do not comply with the social distance rule have been removed from animation activities and entertainment programs.
• For approved animation activities and entertainment programs, seating areas have been made in accordance with the social distance rule.
• All activities such as water polo, football etc., which do not comply with the social distance rule, have been removed until a new regulation is in place.
• Mini club and amusement park services are provided in the open areas. Activities are re-organized in accordance with the social distance rules.
• Hookah service has been removed.

• Spa centre, Fitness, Hairdressers/Beauty Salon and Mini club, after the necessary disinfection is made there, accept guests in compliance with the reservation order, usage time and hygiene practices.
• Steam rooms in the Spa centre have been closed until the new arrangements are in place.
• ULV and similar disinfectant devices have been purchased for disinfection applications in all critical areas.
• Employees are provided with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as masks, medical gloves, disposable aprons or medical suits and face visors.
• Work on informing visitors of the facility about the Pandemic has been completed.
• The temperature of the guests, staff, visitors, suppliers, general operators and the people who enter the facility on a daily basis is measured and recorded. The emergency Action plan is prepared in case of Risk and the necessary procedures for the COVID-19 applications are in place.
• Posters on Covid-19 and standard hygiene practices, including informative writings and pictures, in at least 3 languages, are displayed in general areas across the hotel.
• Grey waste bins are provided from existing Hazardous waste management for any disposable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be safely disposed of after use.
• Useful application suggestions of our partners have been adapted for the business and presented for the benefit of our guests and employees.
• An online check-in application has been implemented - guests can check-in via our website to minimize social contact and speed up the check-in process.
• In addition, “CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application” has been prepared, where our guests can access all information about the Hotel, submit their requests and feedback as well as make A la Carte reservation.
